Keenan Reed

Keenan Reed is a photographer, a daydreamer, and a passionate creative based out of Los Angeles. Born and raised in Fresno, California, Keenan attended a unique art school where arts were considered equal to academics. This environment perpetuated Art into the foreground of his development, exposing him to instruments, acting, dancing, design, stagecraft, and other art forms and mediums. His most notable skills that influenced his artistic career include drumming, which he carried for 14 years, and dance which was a foundational passion, eventually developing into a full-time job in LA for nine years totaling 20 years' experience. This particular skill set married with music has nurtured a unique observation of the human body and the emotional expression that he finds as a core trait in his photographic style.

Throughout Keenan '20s, he was deeply intrigued with the intricacies of what makes us all tick, what fuels our every action and thought. Keenan explores the depths of a person capturing every unique and unseen perspective to unearth all the beauty beneath that we all contain. Keenan hopes to depict this in personal projects, commercial clients, or advertising.

Keenan now resides in Studio City. He continues to explore the greater Los Angeles area, its people, and the artists, movers, and shakers that congregate and change the course of Art, the surrounding environment, and the human condition.
